Air cooling was adequate when racks drew tens of kilowatts. Rising accelerator power raises rack density, which raises heat, which forces liquid: cold plates, CDUs, immersion, pumps, heat exchangers. This is its own thermal infrastructure industry, not a line item under datacenter equipment.
机架功率只有几十 kW 时，风冷够用。加速器功耗上升推高机架密度，进而推高发热量，最终逼出液冷：冷板、CDU、浸没、泵、换热器。这是一个独立的热管理产业，不是数据中心设备下面的一个条目。
