Method, not a buy list

How XingAI Invest AI is put together

This page is the public methodology. Cite it with the AI Industry Map and the filings — not the signed-in console.

What the site reads

A background worker writes a cache: quotes, public SEC Form 13F-HR rows, map layers, Golden Pit grades, and a Finnhub earnings calendar when a key is set. FastAPI and this website only read that cache. A click does not recompute a decision, and it does not pull a live broker feed.

What the map is allowed to claim

Each layer names companies whose primary business sits there. Layer assignment is XingAI's taxonomy. A filer listing a ticker on Form 13F-HR did not endorse that label. 13F covers long US equity only, files weeks after quarter-end, and the position may already have been sold.

Alerts you define

Signed-in alerts fire on thresholds you type: a price, a streak, a Golden Pit grade change, a map-layer move, a new cached 13F row, a stale worker heartbeat, or a Finnhub earnings date inside N days. Copy says the cache changed. It does not tell you to buy or sell. Mock earnings dates never fire.

What we can charge for later

Pro is planned at $19/month after a securities-law review. It would sell more tracked symbols, longer alert history, and extra delivery — not a better buy/sell conclusion. There is no subscription checkout today. A $5 Stripe tip does not unlock Pro.

FAQ

Is this investment advice?
No. Informational and educational only. Not a solicitation to buy or sell. Verify filings and prices before you act.
Does the website fetch live prices on each click?
No. The worker writes the cache. The site reads it.
Why can a 13F row look stale?
Form 13F-HR is a lagged long-only US report. It is not a current book.
Why do Broadcom, Marvell, and Vertiv appear on more than one layer?
Short answer: primary business spans more than one constraint. Broadcom (AVGO) sits in Compute, Custom Silicon, and Networking when those are distinct primary lines. Marvell (MRVL) spans Custom Silicon and Networking. Vertiv (VRT) spans Power Infrastructure and Cooling. The map does not rank which layer “matters more,” and a multi-layer name is not a buy signal. Open each layer page for roles and sources.

What do alerts do?
Signed-in users set their own thresholds. The worker notifies when a cached fact matches — a price, streak, Golden Pit grade change, map-layer move, new 13F row, stale heartbeat, or Finnhub earnings date. Copy states the cache changed. It is not a recommendation to buy or sell.
What will Pro charge for?
Pro is planned at $19 per month after a securities-law review. It would sell more tracked symbols, longer alert history, and extra delivery — not a better buy or sell conclusion. There is no subscription checkout today.
